We wish best of luck for those how have qualified for the Men’s and Ladies British Isles Championships in June and July 2019 and also the Channel Island Finals in May 2019.

A quick reminder this weekend at St Saviours Bowls Club from 9:30am will be the Men’s and Ladies Le Quesne marches against Guernsey.

Bowls Jersey wish good luck to all players participating and welcome as many supporters up at St Saviours during the morning and afternoon sessions on Saturday and Sundays morning session to support our players

Please can all winners of trophies last year who took them home please return them to the Sun Bowls Club this weekend, 1/2nd September.

Malcolm De Sousa (Sun B.C.) and Simon Brown (JBC) have defeated Jackie and Tim Knight (Sun B.C) 8-3 to win the Famous Grouse competition.

its been a fantastic day of good bowling and winners are deservedly so.

Due a late dropout, there is space for one more team in the Grouse.

There will be 16 rinks playing on Sunday, it’s going to be a great day with great atmosphere… it would be silly to miss out!

It’s a very popular competition with lots of entrants this year – come and be a part of it?

Please note that catering facilities will not be open at Les Creux on Sunday 19th for Famous Grouse at lunchtime.

The bar will be open to provide liquid refreshment, but players are advised to bring their own lunches!

Bowls Jersey recently sent 5 men and 5 ladies to compete in a 10 Nations Test Match in Cardiff, Wales.

The 10 nations that completed were: Wales, Ireland, Jersey, USA, Malaysia, Australia, South Africa, Spain, Canada, Namibia (Men Only) and Cymru Wales (Ladies only).
